Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ColorDesign, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

ColorDesign provides browser-based LUT Generator and AI Color Studio tools for previewing, creating, tuning, and exporting color grading assets such as .cube LUTs, .xmp presets, and graded images.

We may update, add, remove, or limit features to improve security, performance, compliance, or product quality.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not share access in a way that violates these Terms.

4. Credits, Downloads, and Expiration

Generating previews does not consume credits. The first download for the same generated style consumes 1 credit and unlocks the .cube LUT, .xmp preset, and graded image downloads for that result together.

Subscription credits are valid according to the billing cycle shown at purchase. One-time credit packages have a longer validity period as shown at purchase. Credits are not cash, have no cash value, and are non-transferable unless we state otherwise.

5. Commercial Use License

Exports created under plans or credit packages that include a commercial use license may be used in client work, advertising, paid productions, social media campaigns, and other commercial content.

Exports created without a commercial use license are for personal, evaluation, and non-commercial use only. Your plan or purchase page controls which license applies.

6. Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of images and materials you bring to ColorDesign. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use any source or reference image you process.

We do not claim ownership of LUTs, presets, or graded images you export, subject to your compliance with these Terms and the license attached to your plan or purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or security-disrupting activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit, payment, authentication, rate limit, or access controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service except where allowed by law.

8. Payments and Refunds

Prices, credit amounts, included features, and billing periods are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits, subscriptions, or digital services are delivered.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility with every editing application, or that every generated look will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
