ColorDesign is a browser-based LUT generation and AI Color Studio service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

  • Account information, such as email address, name, profile image, authentication provider, and account settings.
  • Billing and credit information, such as plan, purchased credit packages, payment status, credit balance, and transaction history. Payment details are processed by our payment providers.
  • Usage data, such as pages visited, feature usage, export events, error logs, device/browser information, and approximate region.
  • Support information you choose to send us, including messages, attachments, and diagnostic details.

3. Images, LUTs, and Local Processing

ColorDesign is designed so LUT Generator and AI Color Studio image analysis, color transfer, preview rendering, and LUT creation run locally in your browser whenever possible.

Your source and reference images are not uploaded to our servers for normal LUT generation or style preview. Exported .cube LUTs, .xmp presets, and graded image downloads are produced in your browser unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.

If you voluntarily send files to support or use a feature that explicitly uploads files, those files are used only to provide that requested service.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide accounts, authentication, billing, credit balances, and download unlocks.
  • Operate LUT Generator, AI Color Studio, pricing, account, and support workflows.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate errors, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve product quality, localization, performance, and user experience.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information.

  • We may share limited information with service providers that help us provide hosting, analytics, authentication, email, customer support, and payment processing.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect ColorDesign, our users, or the public.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including accounting, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

ColorDesign is not intended for children under 13, or a higher age where required by local law. If we learn that we collected a child’s personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
